At Mio Mondo we work together with the parents on the best possible development of your child. The parents and Mio Mondo are partners in education and upbringing. Having parents involvement in everything that happens at Mio Mondo is positive to your child’s development.
This is why we welcome strong parent participation and also parents taking part in activities at Mio Mondo. How can you, the parent, participate at Mio Mondo? This may include activities as a read-out parent at the preschoolers’ library or as a craftwork parent. Supervision during visits to Elsenhove, Broersepark and the Puppet Theatre. As ‘head-lice parent’ (helping to check for head-lice every Wednesday following a holiday). Support in class activities as a read-out parent, assisting parent at the school library for example. However, Mio Mondo also welcomes help from parents in the organization of events and celebrations such as Sinterklaas, Christmas, summer party, international meeting-up event etc. Do you have a talent you would like to use for Mio Mondo, please contact a staff member.
